Payment and Delivery
We at High Weald Fibre Factory aim to provide a friendly, personal and efficient service to all our customers.  Please bear in mind that the following terms of business apply.

PAYMENT
All our prices are in pounds sterling.  You can order  by post, with a cheque payable to High Weald Fibre Factory or by stating your card details, and you can also order by phone with your card.  We accept most major credit and debit cards but please note that the minimum order that we can accept with a card payment is £5.00.

DELIVERY
All parcels are sent Royal Mail 1st class post (weight allowing) within the UK and by airmail (weight allowing) overseas.  Postage costs are calculated by weight and dimensions.  
We try to send parcels out within one or two days of receiving the order but we do not guarantee to send out the parcel on the same day that an order is received.
If a parcel does not arrive within 10 days UK, or 14 days overseas, please contact us so that we can investigate. ( Please see the Contact Us page )
