Returns, Cancellations, Complaints
We at High Weald Fibre Factory aim to provide a friendly, personal and efficient service to all our customers.  Please bear in mind that the following terms of business apply.

RETURNS and CANCELLATIONS
If you change your mind within 7 days of ordering we will refund the purchase costs, excluding delivery charges, on receipt of the returned items, provided they are unopened and in usable condition.

COMPLAINTS
If a parcel arrives damaged please notify us immediately.  We will ask you to return it to us and will replace the goods and refund your postage.
If a product is faulty please inform us and return the item.  We will provide a full refund including the cost of the return postage.
